Hooray back to tasty tasty veggies; dinner with good company and chermoula aubergines from a hedge veg stall, green beans in garlic and rosemary from Guernsey organics and the sweetest tomatoes from the fresh friday veg stall baked in balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Heaven 🙂 It was followed up with some seriously amazing white chocolate and raspberry mousses made by Amy but I’d eaten them before I had thought to take a photo!!
