Wow, Elliott just cooked up a feast! Fresh local squid and scallops and prawns too, drizzled with homemade chilli jam on salad! The juice that came from the frying pan with the jam added was so good! The juices would have made a lovely base for a seafood noodle soup, will have to give that a go next time! Happy stomach, happy weekend 🙂
